Tough to find the right way to describe this experience. I was very excited to begin with, booked in advance and paid the deposit after talking with George on the phone. was sent an email confirmation right after showing my deposit of $250 and the remaining balance of $266 for the posted price of $499. which all lined up with the expected tax and fees for a Bentley Continental GT Got a text confirmation from Mike the day before and was left on read when asking questions about what to bring and final bill. When we got there it took around 30 minutes to get Allstate, my insurance to get the coverage they wanted for the car. Easily would have been done in advance if asked, they also said they'd help reset the premium, but did not. Only after increasing my premiums showed me the new final price had moved from $266.00 to $1921.00. They had added in service fee for credit cards of 12%, gas fee, resort fees, coverage fees, overhead, all sorts of other fees never explained. I had read in other reviews the price would be higher than expected some of this, but not to the tune of a 400% markup. After some back and forth about the value and what else I could be doing with my money the price came down to a more manageable $650 after deposit, bring the total to $900 for the day. Then came disappointment #2, the car. Paint was a mess, full of swirls, dings chips and marks, all four wheel had road rash, of some degree, from a distance the car looked fine, just not in keeping with the pride I show for my daily driver, let alone a premium rental. The key fob didn't work, always fun at the valet line to try and show off a car you can't lock or unlock properly. And finally the steering shook rather bad at anything over 65mph, which was odd since the alignment seemed to be pretty true. Should have stuck to my thought after seeing the price and just hired a car service and not dealt with hassle

Just amazing!!! I'm a big car enthusiast and drive usually in the Chicago and Miami area, and when I tell you these guys had the best service, communication and car line up (Revuelto included). I had the Aston Vantage and Urus of the weekend which were lovely and the fellas are always down to make your experience better and even offered scenic drives which for a pure driver like myself was the icing on the cake.
